What to Post When You Feel Like You’ve Said It All
Ever stared at your phone thinking, “I’ve already said this a hundred times,” ?
So many wellness business owners hit a wall with content. You’re sharing genuinely helpful advice, telling your story, promoting your work and then suddenly it feels like… what else is there to say?
You probably have said it before. But repetition isn’t a bad thing. It’s essential.
Your Audience Isn’t Seeing Everything
Algorithms, busy lives, time zones, they all mean your audience is only catching a tiny portion of what you post. So while you’re worried about repeating yourself, they might be seeing it for the first time (or the third time it finally lands).
Repetition Builds Trust
You want to be known for something, right? Well, that only happens if you repeat your message. Consistently. Clearly. Over time.
Think about it:
How many times do your clients need to hear that massage isn’t just a luxury?
How often do you explain that healing takes time and isn’t linear?
How many times have you reassured someone that yes, their problem is valid?
These aren’t one-off messages. They’re your core values. Say them again.
And if you're worried that people will get bored, think about your favourite brands. Nike? "Just Do It." Innocent Smoothies? Cheeky tone, wholesome message every single time. Headspace? Calm voice, gentle encouragement, repetition on purpose.
The biggest, most recognisable brands in the world repeat themselves constantly and we don’t get bored.
We associate. We trust. We remember.
You get to do that too.
What to Do When You Feel Repetitive
1. Change the Format, Not the Message Turn a caption into a reel. A reel into a carousel. A testimonial into a story. A blog into a voice note. Keep the message, remix the format.
2. Zoom In Instead of talking broadly about “stress relief”, talk about one specific cause of stress your clients face this month. Make it personal and grounded.
3. Pull From Your Wins What are your clients saying? What results are you proud of? Share them. Repackaging client stories helps reinforce your value without starting from scratch.
4. Keep a Content Folder Have a home for posts you’ve loved or messages you want to repeat. Rotate them back into your content plan over time.
5. Remember: Some Things Are Worth Repeating Because not everyone is ready to hear it the first time. And some people need reminding more than they need teaching.
Final Thought
You’re not boring. You’re consistent.
You don’t need to reinvent the wheel every week (that would be exhausting!) you just need to stay anchored in your values and trust that your message is still needed.
And if you’re feeling stuck on how to say the same thing in a new way? A support call may just help you bounce back and feel energised and refreshed with ideas to get going again.
Let me know what you think of this, did it resonate? Did you need to hear it? Are you feeling stuck?
